Camera: must be supported by a tripod or equivalent. Holding the camera during the consultation is not appropriate and is uncomfortable.
The doctor needs to be able to see you from the waist up.
CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTION
It is possible to send the prescription with digital certification, in accordance with CFM and CFF regulations.

For documents that cannot be sent digitally, delivery will be arranged.
